Show Offline Contacts

If you want to see a complete list of your contacts including the contacts that are not online at the moment, select Show Offline Contacts from the View menu or hit the command-shift-H hotkey. Repeat the process to hide offline contacts.

Note that empty groups are hidden unless showing offline contacts, so to drag & drop into or delete an empty group you should Show Offline Contacts.
