Obtaining A Crash Report Manually
If Smart Crash Reports is installed, you can submit a crash log using the builtin crash reporter; for those without SCR, or in cases where a developer asks for a crash log, these instructions should help.
- Reproduce your crash.
- Do not relaunch Adium yet.
- Navigate to ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter in Finder. ~ means your Home directory.
- Submit the Adium.crash.log file as requested.
- If adding it to a ticket, please attach it to the ticket as a file.
