Improve privacy settings interface

Description

At first i have to thank you and the Pidgin team for this nice app. Sorry if i make spelling mistakes, english isn't my native language.

I've got a problem with the privacy settings, cause your interface to access them is way to complicated. My suggestion would be a menu like this in my concept art: http://www.abload.de/img/adiumxe13.jpg

The two checkboxes at the top would replace the options: -Allow Anyone -Allow only contacts on my contact list

The two tables replace the options: -Allow only certain contacts (Visiblelist) -Block certain contacts (Ignore-/Blocklist)

It doesen't have to be exactly this way, but it would be nice if you think about it and maybe insert this into one of your next beta builds.

I know that not every protocol supports the inivisble status, but for the ones that does a better interface would be usefull.

There may be even an easier solution. Look, there are 4 options to choose from: a)-Allow anyone b)-Allow only contacts on my contact list c)-Allow only certain contacts d)-Block certain contacts

a - Everyone can see my status b - Only contacts on my contact list can see my status, for others i appear offline c - I'm visible to contacts on this list even when in invisible mode d - I'm never visible to contacts on this list

It would be even enough, if you would put options a/b into one tab and option c/b into another tab, because they're entirely unrelated to each other, they have nothing to do with each other.

Options a/b - Who can see my status and who cannot. Option c/b - Who can see me even if i'm invisible and who can't see me whatever status i have.

Hope you understand my suggestion what to improve.

I brought this up once before, and it seems that because of the way the privacy options are controlled through Pidgin, there is only so much we can do.

#8307 would cover this kind of thing at the same time.
