Simplify selecting emoticons in the message window

Description

Selecting an emoticon to insert is a multi-click/multi-menu ordeal.

I'd like to suggest to present the icon set like all the other IM apps do (Skype, MSN). (A panel showing all the icons together instead of menu->menu->menu->long list mess we have.) The size of the panel is not an issue as we can all develop muscle memory if they are all there and we know where to move to.

Having used Adium for over 3 years, this is the only continuing frustration.

It should be simpler guys.
