Extra Space when listing currently open Adium conversations

Description

When multiple conversation tabs or windows are open, there is an extra space under the Window -> Contact List section at the bottom between "Contact List" and the first window listed.

To reproduce, open a single conversation window and look under Window -> Contact list. There should be and is only one item listed. Then open a second conversation window and look under Window -> Contact list again. There should only be two items listed, however there is a blank space for a third on top of everything.

(In [23118]) The grouping menu item for open chats should have title even if the container doesn't have a name. Fixes #9621
