Automatic reconnection should occur immediately if the host becomes reachable

Description

I returned home to find that my network had gone down; Adium was awaiting its next reconnect attempt, about 7 minutes away. When I fixed the network, we got appropriate notification of reachability: 

17:37:28: handleConnectivityForAccount: <ESPurpleAIMAccount:7ee6d90 124>:tekjew reachable: 1

but did nothing with the information. I had to wait the 7 minutes (or toggle the account online manually) for it to connect.

hmm, there's definitely code set up to interact with the host reachability monitor to determine when to stop trying to reconnect and simply wait for network returning to connect it.
