In 1.2 on 10.5 if you use the Get Info for Contact... menu item, if you type in a name, you cannot click on Get Info because the button remains disabled.

(In [22143]) Hook up the delegate for the okay button on the show contact info prompt, allowing it to be enabled appropriately when text is entered. Fixes #8756
