Add "block authorisation requests" to Privacy Settings

Description

I'd like to be able, as in Centerim to have an option to block unwanted authorization requests. I get about 10 per day which is a tremendous bother. Having an option to ignore these would be great.

In Centerim it is called: "Anti-spam: ignore authorization requests: yes" and can be easily turned of if a real authorization is required.

Mostly icq has this problem, but I suspect other protocols to also want this option.

Go to your privacy settings (Adium Menu) and choose your ICQ account. Then choose "Allow only contacts on my contact list".

You can also change this back when a valid one is expected like the feature you mentioned.

I already tried setting this. But these keep comming.

Seems strange there is no "ok" button on this entry form. Only close (Cross).

I don't think this sort of thing should be a plug-in. This should ship out of the box—moreover, it should be part of the existing setting in Privacy Settings.

From another ticket about this topic I read that blocking a user does not block their auth requests. At the very least we should block auth requests when blocking the user.

boredzo: do you happen to know if server support exists for spam control? ie: do we need libpurple to support this for proper support for it?
