Update adiumxtras.com to use webinstall

Description

WebInstall is in 0.8x, but currently useless because there are no adiumxtra:// links. I'd like to put up a few test links at some point, and then convert the rest of the xtras site once it's been tested. Setting the target milestone to .82 just 'cause there isn't a "later in 0.8" milestone other than that.
