Emoticon list can become unmanageable

Description

The emoticon list, it gets very long. Much like the EMD / Status menu issues I suppose. I think a grid like system would make sense here, a-la MSN, (see picture) and would just make emoticon selection a whole lot quicker. Opinions, Devs?

This is becoming more and more necessary as emoticons get more and more popular and people are using more and more of them. Especially if we wind up with support for saving and sending custom emoticons over MSN and/or other protocols.

#9752 is another request for this.
