Add Command B or the like

Description

Please add a Command B or a command Shift B to select the block user XXXX instead of having to go up to the menu for it every time. and a preference to disable the "are you sure you want to block XXXX?"

This isn't a bad idea, but command-b is used to make text *bold* and shift-command-b is used for the block list editor... Command-Opt-B should work nicely.
