Getting info on a contact makes them sign on

Description

I got info on an offline contact a few minutes to set up an event, and as soon as the info window came up, I was like "Oh snap, there they are!" I IMed them and they did not respond, but a min or so later I had to quit to open a fresh joscar build, when I signed back on, they were offline. "I was like, "Fine be that way" I got info on them again to set up that event, and they signed on again! I was like "hmmm" so I got info on another contact, and they signed on! I was like "Aha!'

(This is Joscar by the way and it is reproducable)

I'm pretty sure this is a joscar issue, assigning to leak and if he proves it's not his, then reassign to me and I'll beat on it.
