When I paste (or drag) text into Adium from a web browser, I would like an option to have it preserve hyperlinks and bold/italic, but discard colors and font sizes. I would like the colors and font to be "none" (or "my default font" or whatever), but for the other info to be preserved.
I can drag the text and then do "Restore Default Formatting" but that throws away any embedded hyperlinks. There's currently no way to keep the links but get rid of the colors.
This is especially a problem when pasting from a web page that is white-on-black: Adium sends text that is white-on-white, since it picks up the foreground color but not the background color.
