Ability to turn logging on and off by contact

Description

Currently logging is either on or off for all accounts and all contacts.

Would like an enhancement whereby logging can be turned off by contact.

Actually let me indicate a BIG yes for this feature. I have over 20+ adium users who want to log certain contacts but not others. I suggest although the lack of this is NOT a show stopper for 1.0 , given the fact a LOT of users are US based and facing Patriot act sanctions that the priority for this feature be placed at medium to high given the political situation for US and toeht at risk users. I further suggest that the current session log be encrypted before ANY writes to DISK.

Preferences for logging by contact is something I'd like for 1.1.

Toggling logging on or off for certain contacts might be good in the settings of the contact's info window.
