messages with "notification" in %messageClasses% not in message history

Description

Notifications (nudge/buzz) appear to be acting as not-quite-events and not-quite-messages. while they are usually processed as incoming/outgoing messages, they do not appear in messages history. The only other things to do not appear in message history are statuses or events.

Unless notifications become events (as requested here), the current behavior seems like a bug.
