Facebook times out while connecting over dial-up (1.3b11)

Description

After upgrading to the latest beta, Facebook chat fails to connect.

After further testing, it appears that Facebook does not want to connect over dial-up connections. I tried to connect on WiFi with no hesitations at all. Though, over dial up, it seems that it does not want to connect.

Yes it works fine. I keep trying every few days just to see if it will connect, but no luck. I even went as far as making a new user account, and setting up the facebook account there, but still no connection.

(In [24992]) Facebook previously allowed 10 seconds for the entire connect process to finish before timing out. We now allow 20 seconds per page-load, resetting the timer when we successfully load the page. This should fix logging in on slow connections. Fixes #10718
