tab doesn't change width when changing alias

Description

I had a tab open with a friend who wasn't on my buddy list and for whom I didn't have an alias. I gave him an alias using the Get Info window, but his tab didn't shrink to match the alias's size. Once I created a new tab to someone else, the tab fixed itself. See http://members.cox.net/fredhope2000/adiumtab.png.
