Description

I'd like to be able to receive growl notifications when my friends change their status message, even if it's just from one available status to another. Many of my contacts use their status message (esp. on Google Talk) to cue subtle inside jokes, and it would be easier to catch these if I could receive a notification.

Not a duplicate; #4294 asks for notification when my status changes. This ticket requests notification when one of my contacts has a status change.
