The psychic feature is very nice and although is not on by default, doesn't mean that it can't be changed further.
First off the notification/chat window doesn't pop up like a standard new chat message and is therefore useless in its current form. The point of this is to notify the user before the message is received. In all my usage with it, the feature works, but I don't know it has been activated until the actual message comes through and the psychic message is above the text.
Secondly an option to change what the notification says. While the disturbance message is funny the first time, after that it no longer has its effect. Something as simple as (username) is starting a conversation with you, or is typing a message to you would be fine. A feature to change what the notification says should be included in the preferences.
