Psychic message should be configurable (and localizable)

Description

The "open a message window when user starts typing" feature named Psychic, ticketed in #8112 and implemented in [23856] and [23857], should display a more reasonable text when the window is opened. Instead of "You feel a disturbance in the force...", why not "Foo has started writing a message to you..." or something similiar.

This string should be localizable by normal means – keeping the Purple one does indeed provide us with translations, but as we're about to start localizing 1.3 it shouldn't be a problem to get a customized string for Adium translated as well.

"You feel a disturbance in the force..." is a lot more fun, though, and this fundamentally a fun, off-by-default feature.

  • summary changed from Psychic message should be changed, localized to Psychic message should be configurable (and localizable).

I agree with Evan, but a comment made in #10046 requests that it be made changeable. I agree - we could do placeholder text as "You feel a disturbance in the force..." in a normal text field so users can adjust it as they please.

The setting would be:

[ ] Open chats as contacts begin typing with the message [_]

for example.

I agree with Evan, and I disagree with the idea of making it customizable.
