Adium doesn't expose GetURL in AppleScript

Description

Adium should expose the GetURL command in its AppleScript dictionary—primarily because that would be the easiest way to open a chat over XMPP, AIM, or Yahoo!.

(In [23865]) GetURL command is now exposed. Use it like so: tell app "Adium" to GetURL "magicURLGoesHere" Closes #10006.
